Days 3 and 4

1/5/12- Ran 2 miles and walked one. Felt pretty good. :)

1/8/12- Have been making excuses and putting off running, but my partner and I finally went out for a run today. Didn't run too far, but we logged 3 miles of run/walking. Hardest part of getting into a running routine is JUST DOING IT!
